Al Christopherson
Al and his wife Linda, moved to Magna Bay
from Kamloops in 1982 and were successful in the
construction business right from the start. They came to
the point where they knew that their potential was
unrealized and that their real careers were out there
waiting for them.
Linda was the first to go back to school
and is now a registered nurse at the Royal Inland Hospital
in Kamloops. When it was Al's turn for further education,
Real Estate was his goal.
Al was licensed in March 1995 and since
then Al has continued his education in an honest effort to
be as good at his chosen career as possible. Post Graduate
classes completed are:
- Applied Ethics in Real Estate - October 1995
- Contract of Purchase and Sale - February 1996
- Contract of Purchase and Sale Part 2 - May 1996
- Buyers Representation Market Course - July 1996
From November of 1996 to February 1997,
Al completed the Floyd Wickman Sweat Hogs program, the most
intense and highly regarded Real Estate course in North
America. Less than one-tenth of one percent of Realtors in
North America are Sweat Hog Graduates. As usual, Al went in
with a positive attitude and was presented with a number of
awards including, Top Team, Top Team Leader, Tops in
Listings, Top Overall Producer and the On Track Award for
consistent performance. Al continues to take courses related to Real
Estate.
Since entering the profession Al has been
bestowed numerous awards for his productivity and service to
clients. From late 1996 through to the present Al has
received several Outstanding Achievement Awards of
Excellence and is a multiple award winner of the Silver
Club, the Masters Club and has received the Centurion Award each year since 2000
and was inducted into the Canada Masters Hall of Fame in 2005.
On a personal note, Al and Linda have
always been community minded with many hours volunteered to
the North Shuswap Lions Club, North Shuswap Community
Association, Shuswap Lake Bluegrass Festival Society, North
Shuswap Health Care Society, North Shuswap First Responders,
and anywhere else the need arises. For their efforts they
were awarded North Shuswap Citizens of the Year in 1990,
1999 & 2000 as well as
Ambassadors of the Shuswap in 1993.
Al's interests include Classic Cars such
as his Australian "Ute" and he and Linda both enjoy
constructing their future home.
If a property transaction is in your
future, call Al. You can be assured of having a caring and
professional Realtor on your side as part of your team.

Nadine Rottluff
Nadine,
Husband Jerry and 2 sons moved to Celista from
Aldergrove in early 1997. Although at the time
it was a difficult and scary decision to leave the
coast and all they had invested there, the North
Shuswap beckoned and held the promise of a better
quality of life for the family. Within a short
time and after a few adjustments, it was evident that
the move had been a good one and no one in the family
is having any regrets.
Shortly following the relocation, Nadine attended
the Okanagan University College in Salmon Arm.
Within a year of the move and having completed her
College courses, Nadine came to work for Century 21
Lakeside and Al Christopherson. Nadine enjoys
the challenges of the Real Estate Industry and is
proud to be Assisting Al in his business.
Like Al and his wife Linda, Nadine and Jerry enjoy
being involved in their community as volunteers,
players and supporters. Nadine often comments on
how wonderful the people of the North Shuswap are and the community spirit makes it easy
for one to be proud to be a
part of it all. So glad not to have waited for
retirement to make the move to the North Shuswap.
